A proud community sponsor, Deborah helps support many of Niwot's most cherished traditions and fundraising events, including Rock & Rails, Dancing Under the Stars, Jazz Fest, WINC Boo Bingo, Lobsterfest, Holiday Magic, the Jared Foundation Concert, and the Niwot Hall Concert Series.
She also serves as Co-Chair of both Lobsterfest and Holiday Magic. Under her leadership, Holiday Magic transforms downtown Niwot into a quaint holiday village, with festive lights, holiday markets, parades, concerts, and beloved small-town traditions that bring thousands of residents and visitors together each year.
Her commitment to service was especially evident following the Marshall Fire, when she worked alongside fellow community leaders, local businesses, and volunteers to help organize fundraising efforts throughout Niwot that raised more than $100,000 for families rebuilding their lives.

Life Beyond Real Estate
When she's not helping clients or serving the community, Deborah enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Oliver and Francesca. Proud longtime Niwot residents, the Fowler family embraces the friendships, traditions, and community spirit that make the town so special.
Oliver studies Politics and Law at American University in Washington, D.C., while Francesca attends Silver Creek High School. Both earned the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, reflecting the family's commitment to leadership, service, and perseverance.
